Dr. (Prof) Aditya K. Aggarwal is a renowned Orthopaedics and Joint Replacement surgeon based in the Tricity region of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. He currently serves as Principal Director & Head of Orthopaedics and Joint Replacement at Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital, Mohali, following a career as Professor & Head of Orthopaedic Surgery at PGIMER Chandigarh — one of India’s foremost postgraduate medical institutions.

His surgical practice is built around robotic and AI-assisted total knee and total hip joint replacement, complex revision surgery of the knee and hip, total shoulder and reverse shoulder replacement, elbow replacement, and sports medicine and trauma care. Across his career he has performed over 75,000 joint replacements, a volume matched by relatively few surgeons in India, developed over more than 35 years of clinical and academic practice.
